Even for the best of us, it is hard to imagine finding someone who can live with us every day for thirty years. When that person is as talented and valuable as Anita Giglio then it is kind of like hitting the Mega Ball Jackpot! Anita celebrated her thirtieth year of working with the Hardy Reed Team at the end of June and we really can’t imagine how different things would have looked at Hardy Reed if she had not been here. She has been a constant source of strength, support, loyalty and leadership. Anita is someone we can always count on to put the client’s interests above her own or the firm’s interests and to tell us what she thinks, even if it is hard to hear. She has led our client services division since the beginning, but she also leads our support staff in many aspects of the investment process that our clients never see. When asking a client of ours once, “How would you rate the job we are doing for you?” He said, “Well, on a scale of 1-10 I would give you two boys an 8, but if you include Anita, it’s a 12.” We have grown since then and are now eleven strong, but we still feel the same way he did about Anita!
