Full-Time Salary Range: $32,000 – $38,000 Depending on Experience
Relevant Work Experience: Willing to train the right person
Job Category: Administrative and Support Services
Location: Oxford, MS (This is an in-person role located in Oxford, MS)
The Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and prospective clients
- Interacts with associates and clients in a courteous and respectful manner to create a consistent, predictable, and positive work atmosphere
- Share responsibility for covering the phones for the firm
- Run errands, pick up lunch, make coffee, etc.
- Preparing standard and ad-hoc client reporting
- Handling client inquiries and requests
- Provide administrative support for projects
- Process client paperwork with precision
- Facilitating the account onboarding
- Returns client calls, requests, and inquiries within expected timelines
- Are computer savvy and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficient.
- Help manage the CRM system
- Identify ways of creating efficiencies/improving processes
- Maintains integrity of client information, record systems, and vendor lists
- Assist with event planning, special projects, etc. as needed
- Is attentive to detail, along with a great written and oral communicator
- Whatever it takes for client and firm success
Qualifications:
- You have relevant work experience: willing to train the right person
- You have the ability to keep all client and prospective client information private
- You enjoy reviewing data for accuracy, are thorough, and have keen attention to detail
- You love to learn new things and stay ahead as technology continues to advance
- You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment
- You have a positive, energetic persona, and enjoy being an effective and contributing member of a team
- You work well with a variety of personality types and have no problems establishing a warm rapport with colleagues of all backgrounds

Pay: $32,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
